2. Scope of Services

2.1 Service Description

Akhirah Lab provides the following services as described in individual service agreements:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
• Google Ads and Meta Ads management
• Social media content creation and management
• Creative brand strategy and identity development
• Web design, development, and optimisation
• CRM development and automation
• Content marketing and blog writing

2.2 Service Customisation

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

2.3 Changes to Scope

Any request to expand or materially change the agreed scope of work must be submitted in writing and may result in additional fees and revised timelines. Akhirah Lab is not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope without a new written agreement.

3. Client Obligations

To enable Akhirah Lab to deliver services effectively, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, access credentials, and materials required for the delivery of services.
• Grant Akhirah Lab the necessary access to advertising accounts, website backends, social media accounts, CRM systems, and any other platforms required.
• Appoint a primary point of contact who is authorised to approve work and make decisions on behalf of the Client.
• Review and approve or request revisions to deliverables within the timeframes specified in the agreement.
• Ensure that all materials, content, logos, images, and information provided to Akhirah Lab are legally owned by the Client or that the Client has the right to use them.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry, including advertising standards relevant to their market.
• Make all payments on time as specified in these Terms and in the service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Invoicing

All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices will be issued by Akhirah Lab in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

4.2 Monthly Retainer Services

• Monthly retainer fees are due on or before the 1st day of each month.
• A one-time setup fee is charged at the commencement of the engagement and is payable before work begins.

4.3 Project-Based Services

• Web development and one-time project services require a 50% deposit before work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and client approval.

5. Contract Duration & Cancellation

All ongoing marketing services carry a minimum contract period of three (3) months from the date work commences.

5.2 Cancellation After Minimum Period

Following the minimum contract period, either party may terminate the agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice via email to hello@akhirahlab.com.

5.3 Early Termination by Client

If the Client terminates the agreement before the end of the minimum contract period, all fees for the remaining months become immediately due and payable.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for the Client is transferred to the Client. Akhirah Lab retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Neither party will disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Results & Warranties

Akhirah Lab does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to search engine rankings or specific lead numbers. Results are influenced by many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akhirah Lab's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Revisions & Approval

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional rounds may be charged at an hourly rate of $40 USD.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Akhirah Lab is not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes by third-party platforms including Google, Meta, or LinkedIn.

12. Data and Privacy

Akhirah Lab will handle all Client data with reasonable care and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

13. Affiliate Links

Recommendations may include affiliate links. We only recommend products we believe are useful. Commission does not influence our advice.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

16. Amendments

Akhirah Lab reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
